Congress has tendency to send anti-nationals to RS and Council: Yatnal

Bengaluru: BJP MLA from Vijayapura, Basangouda Patil Yatnal, has criticized the newly elected Rajya Sabha MP, Dr. Syed Naseer Hussain, labeling him as anti-national in an indirectway . Yatnal alleges that Hussain did not object when supporters of his party allegedly chanted slogans in support of an enemy country and assaulted media personnel who questioned him about the incident.

Yatnal escalated his criticism by claiming that the Congress has a tendency to send such individuals to the Rajya Sabha and Legislative Council. He attributes the rise in fundamentalism among minorities to the appeasement politics of the Chief Minister (CM) and Deputy Chief Minister (DCM).
